IN TODAY'S INVESTIGATION WE WORKED ON RECURSIVE ROUTINES WITH PERCENTAGES. TO SOLVE THE RECURSIVE ROUTINE WE HAVE TO FIND THE PERCENTAGE AT WITCH TO MULTIPLY OUR STARTING NUMBER DOING THIS WE FIND OUR RECURSIVE ROUTINE.ex.20000 1-.04 = .96 the recursive routine would be 20000ans.times.96

We are working on recursive routines and how to apply and graph them to other problems. Today Mr. Fulton gave us a shortcut to figure out the steps: first i use the starting number, then i keep combining the recurring number to it.

Y = 7 x 2 = 14
Y = 7X + 14

Today i am working with recursive routine using desimals to where using a calculator you type in the starting number. Then you hit enter and times it by the decimal and do that consecuatively the directed number of times.

Step 2. Write a linear equation in point-slope form using points [3, 4] trying to use step 1. for help.

Today i am learning how to use constent multiplyers. I will start by dividing your constent term by your previuos. After you do that you will get your constent multiplyer. then in order to find a futher term all you have to do is plug the starting number into calculater and press equal. Then multiply it by your multipler to you get to the term you are trying to reach.

Step 1. Find the slope of the line that represents the situation.
Step 2. Write a linear equation in point-slope form using points [3, 4] trying to use step 1. for help.

To solve this I will first subtract 2 from 9 getting 7. Then I will distribute 7 into the parenthesis.
Y = 9-2 [X+2]
Y = 7 x [X+2]
Y = 7xX = 7X
Y = 7 x 2 = 14
Y = 7X + 14

We have to find the slope of the line that represents the situation. I'm going to graph the numbers to see if it passes through the point [x, y] and if it has a slope of m.

I am learning about slope. I am doing steps 1-8 and learning how to do y intercept and finding how to complete graphs and filling in the chart. I am also learning how to plot graphs.

Today I am learning how to do slope intercept form and trying to find out if the slopes are the same and if not, find out how to make it the same . I am also doing steps 1-5 and finding slope using the formula Y = MX +B and also Y=M[X - X¹]+Y¹
I couldn't think of the formula so I asked another student.

The problem is to plot points on a graph for internet usage and find the slope. To solve this problem. I will plot my points by the information given to me and connect two of those any given points to find my slope.

NOVEMBER 24, 2009 WHAT IS THE PROBLEM FOR TODAY? HOW DO YOU INTEND TO SOLVE IT?
Today we are working on an investigation on points and slope. There are 8 steps to follow to work out the investigation. I will read each step carefully and work each problem out to the best of my ability.
Right now I am working on step three. First I'm going to graph the coordinates from the table in my book. When I find my slope, I will compare it to my answer in step 1.
